📦 What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Total delivery time is usually 4 to 6 business days, depending on your shipping address.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Absolutely. Shipping is 100% free, with no minimum spend.

Yes. A full invoice is automatically emailed to you once your order is confirmed.

 


 

đź§  Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, the order is already being processed and can no longer be changed.
However, you’ll be able to return the item once received.

 


 

🔄 Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, even for non-defective items.
A return label is included in the package — returns are free.

 


 

đź’¸ How do refunds work?

Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

 


 

📬 What if I haven’t received my order?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received anything:

  • Check with your neighbours or building staff
  • Contact the carrier using your tracking number

Each notebook or planner is carefully packed in minimal, eco-friendly packaging, with no unnecessary plastic.

 


 

📍 Do you ship outside of the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
