Delivery Coverage

Aether Angels currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to 6pm, Friday to 6pm).
Transit time is 3 to 4 days. 
Total delivery time is usually 4 to 6 business days.

Free Delivery

All orders come with free shipping – no minimum purchase required.

Order Changes

Once your order is confirmed (after 24h), it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return an item, you’ll need to wait until it’s delivered and follow the return process.

Missing Orders

If you placed an order but didn’t receive it — even if the tracking says “delivered” — please first contact the carrier to locate the parcel.

Once your package is handed to the courier, any claim must be directed to them first.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an active tracking link within 24 hours.

⚠️ Some parcels may not come with a tracking number depending on the order value or shipping method selected.

Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged product, we’ll cover return shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

At Aether Angels, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they are in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges are also accepted under the same conditions.

Return Label

A prepaid return label is included in your package.
This means you can return your product free of charge, with no upfront shipping fees.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
